Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home health team in Louisville, KY, covering Jefferson, Oldham, Henry, Shelby and Trimble counties. You will deliver 1:1 patient care under a Physical Therapist, ensuring a patient-centered plan of treatment.

The role requires a PTA license, BLS/CPR certification, and ideally 1 year of PTA experience. We offer flexible scheduling, strong team support, and opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification in accordance with state requirements.
• Minimum of one year of PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist.
• Regularly consult with the PT regarding goals and progress.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the PT of record and assist with adaptive equipment as needed.
• Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
