Adoration Health in Lafayette, TN is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our patient-focused team. You will deliver 1:1 home health PT services under the supervision of a licensed PT, coordinate care with families, and help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification or CPR as required by state regulations.
• At least 1 year of PTA experience preferred, especially in home health.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services under supervision of a licensed PT in patient homes.
• Communicate patient progress and needs with the supervising PT.
• Arrange adaptive equipment and document treatment and billing per regulations.
