Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient's functional status and physical therapy needs.
• Provide services within the scope of practice.
• Report patient's response to treatment and changes in condition.
• Treat patients to relieve pain and restore function.
• Instruct healthcare team members and caregivers regarding the plan of care.
• Visit patients according to the Plan of Treatment.
