PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Red Oak, TX. You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include therapeutic interventions, patient education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain, while maintaining high professional standards and compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• Texas license to practice Physical Therapy is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques and best practices.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities in home health settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function.
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend fall-prevention measures.
• Deliver compassionate care promoting patient independence.
