PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team serving El Paso/Ysleta, TX. You will evaluate patients at home, develop personalized plans to restore function, and provide hands-on therapy and education to patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX PT license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Strong ability to adapt care approaches to patient needs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes digitally.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and prevent falls.
