Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in El Paso/Ysleta, TX. This onsite role focuses on evaluating patients in their homes, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to reduce pain and improve mobility.

The ideal candidate will hold a TX PT license, have a graduate degree in Physical Therapy, and demonstrate strong communication skills along with the ability to educate patients and

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX PT license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Strong ability to adapt care approaches for diverse patients.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in a home health setting and assess functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document evaluations and sessions using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments to prevent falls or reinjury.
