PARS Therapy in Dayton, TX is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Dayton. This role focuses on helping patients regain movement, reduce pain, and improve independence in their own homes.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining. Educating patients and caregivers on home programs and safety is essential; you will document progress

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Ability to adapt care approaches to patient needs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in home health setting.
