As a Home Health PT, you will provide expert, patient-centered care, perform evaluations and treatment of patients, and supervise assistants. The role requires a valid Physical Therapist licensure and CPR certification, alongside two years of adult physical therapy experience. Qualifikationen

• Two (2) years of experience in adult physical therapy, home health experience preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills required.
