Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have two (2) years of experience in adult occupational therapy, home health experience preferred.
• CPR certification may be offered and completed upon hire.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, patient, and family members.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in patient care.
