Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Brackettville, TX. You will assess patients at home, design and implement personalized treatment plans, and help patients regain movement and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas (TX)
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred
• Ability to adapt care to diverse patient needs

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in home health setting and assess functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, balance retraining
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Document evaluations and progress notes using digital platforms
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists
• Conduct home safety assessments to prevent falls or re-injury
