Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Texarkana, TX. The PT will evaluate patients at home, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide interventions to restore function and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in TX.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Experience in home health preferred.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in home health to determine functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document evaluations and sessions using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments to prevent falls or re-injury.
