Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and daily living skills.
• Administer skilled care under physician orders and plan of care.
• Work within specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint replacement programs.
• Collaborate with family and health care team to support patient independence.
