Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health at our San Diego office. This PRN role involves evaluating and treating patients, educating families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.

The position requires a CAPTE-approved Master’s in Physical Therapy, CA licensure, and CPR certification. A driver’s license is needed for travel to patient homes and multiple locations as required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physical therapy (CAPTE) is required.
• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist.
• Licensed to practice in the state of operation and CPR-certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and treatments per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families and document care.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with the care team.
• Meet productivity standards and coordinate with the team.
