Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; NYS license/registration.
• 1–2 years hospital (inpatient) or outpatient/orthopedic or pediatric setting.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional evaluations and re-assessments with measurable goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation per DOH and TJC requirements.
• Educate patients and families; provide home exercise program and safety guidance.
