Job summary

Jobtailor in Owensboro, KY is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and administer prescribed home-based physical therapy for patients.

You will assess patients, document strengths, and develop rehabilitation programs aligned with physicians' plans and patient-team goals. You will supervise PTAs and home health aides, provide written care instructions, and oversee their performance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state minimum limits or specified higher limits.
• One year of experience as a Physical Therapist (preferred).
• Required tuberculosis screening if selected.
