Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and administer home health physical therapy for patients in Mansfield, OH. You will assess patient strengths, document progress, and develop rehabilitation programs aligned with physician plans.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Valid state driver''s license.
• Personal vehicle liability insurance in accordance with residing state minimum required limits or specified higher limits.
• One year of experience as a Physical Therapist (preferred).
