Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Bloomington, IN to provide adult home health visits across Morgan and Owen counties. You will help patients maintain, restore and improve movement and function in their home environment.

Responsibilities include interventions, monthly reexaminations, discharge planning, and collaboration with care teams. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• One year related physical therapy experience for home health.
• If less than one year, regional clinical leaders' approval and mentoring/ residency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct 30-day reexaminations, modify interventions as needed, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
