Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist in Bloomington, Indiana to help patients maintain, restore and improve movement and function at home. You will conduct interventions, reexaminations every 30 days at minimum, and discharge planning as part of a patient-centered care team.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state (Indiana).
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Performs reexaminations at least every 30 days, modifies interventions as needed, and conducts discharge planning.
