Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $138,000 annually, plus mileage reimbursement of $0.53. Benefits include medical plans, PTO, wellness rewards, counseling services, a 401(k) with match and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate from an accredited CAPTE PT program.
• One year of home health PT experience preferred.
• If under 1 year, regional clinical leaders approval and mentoring may be required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct 30-day reexaminations, adjust interventions and plan discharge.
• Other duties as assigned.
