Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program from an accredited university.
• Licensure in the state where providing therapy (NC/SC) and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of home health and physical therapy procedures; ability to operate care and evaluation equipment; modalities and assistive devices.
• Ability to properly transfer and guard patients; perform manual therapy techniques.
• Professional communication per agency policies and discipline guidelines.
• Ability to organize and prioritize duties; time management.
• Ability to see and communicate clearly to perform clinical techniques.
• Exposure to hazards including bloodborne pathogens and communicable disease.
• Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license and access to an operational vehicle.
• 40-hour work week; variable schedule including some weekends/holidays as needed.
• Population served includes adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
