• Graduate of Physical Therapy program from an accredited university.
• Licensure to practice in NC/SC; CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of home health and physical therapy procedures; ability to use modalities and assistive devices.
• Ability to transfer and guard patients and to apply manual therapy techniques.
• Interpersonal skills to deal with the public, co-workers, patients, families and physicians.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, interpret, plan, implement, and evaluate patients with appropriate skill given the patient’s age and diagnosis.
• Admit patients to the agency when PT is a primary skilled need.
• Communicate and document information per agency policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to program effectiveness.
• Organize and perform work effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain and adjust schedule to enhance agency performance.
• Demonstrate the agency's values daily.
• Demonstrate positive interpersonal relations with all agency members.
• Maintain and promote customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate the mission, vision, and values of the Agency daily.
