Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas is mandatory.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred.
• Strong ability to adapt care approaches to various patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities in a home health setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise and manual therapy.
• Accurately document evaluations and treatment sessions.
