Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX Physical Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Document evaluations and treatment sessions accurately.
• Conduct home safety assessments.
