PARS Therapy in Terrell, TX is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join a home health‑focused team using modern tools to streamline documentation. You will evaluate patients, design personalized plans, and help restore function while reducing paperwork time.

You’ll use the Roger app to document visits, meet compliance standards, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in TX.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Strong ability to adapt care to diverse patients.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based techniques.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and alleviate pain.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and make recommendations to prevent falls or re-injury.
• Deliver compassionate care while empowering patients to achieve greater independence.
