• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assignment state.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PT program.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations at least every 30 days, and modify interventions as needed.
• Perform discharge planning and other duties as assigned.
