Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Idaho to evaluate and treat patients with mobility challenges in home health settings. You will use physical modalities and tailor plans to improve independence and daily living activities.

Required: current PT license in the state, and a preference for 1 year of clinical experience and knowledge of current therapy practices. A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required to visit patients at home.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment is required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current therapy practice.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility and independence in daily living.
• Utilize specialty programs (Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, Total Shoulder Replacement).
