Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Boise, ID is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our home health team. You will evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, aiming to improve mobility and independence in daily activities within our specialty programs.

The role requires active PT licensure in Idaho and a strong knowledge of current therapy practices; a minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
