Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Idaho to examine and treat patients with physical impairments, aiming to improve mobility and independence in daily living. The PT will apply specialty programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention and joint replacement initiatives, to support recovery and function.

Candidates must be licensed in the state, with at least one year of clinical experience preferred, and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and function.
• Utilize specialty programs (Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, Total Shoulder Replacement) to treat patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to support daily living activities and patient independence.
