Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our casual, per-visit Home Care team serving the NE Region. The role features 8-hour day shifts with no weekend work, and eligible mileage reimbursement for travel between care sites.

You will assess, diagnose and treat patients, educate families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient goals. Licensure in MN is required at hire, with WI licensure if practicing there.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in MN upon hire and WI if practicing in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients and designs, implements, and modifies interventions.
• Educates patients and families in goals of treatment and coordinates care with the inter-disciplinary team.
• Performs re-examinations to adjust plans and documents services and charges.
