Job summary

You will provide therapy, assess patients, and document care while upholding professional standards. Candidates must have a PT degree (DPT/MS/BS) and be licensed in MN or WI; BLS certification required by one of several options.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, masters, or bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 1+ years in the practice or program area.
• Licensed Physical Therapist required for MN or WI upon hire.
• BLS certification options include AHA, Red Cross, or in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients in outpatient and orthopedic urgent care clinic settings.
• Assesses patients and provides reassessments as needed.
• Coordinates, communicates, documents, and bills per standards.
• Supervises the therapeutic program and mentors clinicians.
