Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled home health services in Holt, MI and surrounding areas. You will evaluate patients, design therapy plans, and coach patients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility.

PT Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist, PT license in the state you work
• One year of experience as a Physical Therapist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
