Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a part-time Home Health Physical Therapist in North King County. The role focuses on delivering quality patient care with autonomy and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience as a licensed PT.
• Current Washington PT license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Dependable, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat adult patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
• Develop personalized care plans based on patient goals and medical needs
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions for conditions like arthritis, balance issues, and post-surgery recovery
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and strategies to maintain independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes
