PARS Therapy in Red Rock, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner with patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

The role focuses on restoring mobility, enhancing daily living skills, and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate families to support ongoing recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
