Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Crosby, TX. The role focuses on restoring mobility and independence, delivering hands-on interventions in patients' homes, and promoting long-term wellness.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage, evaluating conditions, planning individualized treatment, and educating families on recovery techniques.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas (required).
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques to support independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
