Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess/screen patient's daily living/work-related skills and develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives.
• Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients to improve/restore strength, coordination and range of motion.
• Accurately document patient care observations and progress, and communicate with the physician and care team.
