Job summary

North Idaho Home Health, part of LHC Group and Optum family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in home health settings across Idaho. You will assess functional status, ADLs, and plan of care in collaboration with the health care team.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Idaho.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to function in home settings for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Provides OT services within scope and plan of care per state laws.
• Evaluates functional status and CMS-required documentation with physician input.
• Observes patient responses and reports changes to nurse supervisor and physician.
• Conducts patient assessments of function using standard tests.
