PARS Therapy is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in Wharton, TX. Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in TX.
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Professional liability insurance for TX OT practice.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Help clients develop, recover, and maintain daily living/work skills.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Adapt interventions to enhance safety and independence in ADLs/IADLs.
• Educate clients on breaking tasks into steps and adaptive strategies.
• Recommend and train adaptive equipment for home use.
• Assess home environments and suggest safety modifications.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide guidance.
• Track patient progress toward treatment goals and document progress.
• Maintain up-to-date records of care provided.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure continued progress.
