Job summary

VitalCaring Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health on a full-time, field-based role. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and the care team to restore function and independence in the home setting.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited OT program with NBCOT certification, state licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year of clinical experience (home health a plus).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• NBCOT certification current.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience preferred (home health a plus).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain independence and daily living skills.
• Assess home environments for safety and propose modifications.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
