Qualifications

• Two years of experience in adult occupational therapy, home health experience preferred.
• American Heart Association CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Maintain thorough documentation of services to ensure proper billing.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in direct patient care.
