Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by state laws for Occupational Therapy.
• Evaluates patient functional status and develops therapy plans in coordination with the physician.
• Observes, records, and reports patient progress to nursing staff and physician.
• Conducts patient assessments using functional ability tests.
• Adapts to varied home environments and patient needs.
