Qualifications

• Must hold current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
• CPR certification current
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle or access to transportation
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations and environments

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status and daily living activities
• Develop and implement occupational therapy plans of care
• Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and nurses
• Conduct home assessments and recommend adaptive equipment as needed
