Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist by the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver's license and ability to travel to patient locations (~20%).
• Ability to self-manage time and schedule.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
