Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered OT in the field. You will evaluate and treat patients at home, set measurable goals, and coordinate with families and care teams in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, ensuring quality care, and supervising assistants as needed. A strong focus on independence and compassionate care is required with CAPTE-approved training

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT state licensure and CPR certification required.

Aufgaben

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders, including adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize independence and function.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient, and family as applicable.
• Maintain thorough documentation for accurate billing and services provided.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in direct patient care per state act.
