Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our Ashland, KY team. You will provide 1:1 occupational therapy services in patients’ homes, developing goals and treatment plans to maximize independence while coordinating with families and the treatment team.

The role supports independent practice with team backing, offering flexible scheduling, strong job stability, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company.

Formación

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current OT licensure in state and CPR certification required.
• Two years of adult occupational therapy experience; home health experience preferred.
• Excellent observation and communication skills; problem solving; basic math; proficiency in therapy techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment per physician orders; recommend and procure adaptive equipment.
• Set measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Maintain team and patient-family communication; ensure proper documentation for billing.
• Supervise OT Assistants in direct patient care per state act.
• Deliver patient-centered care with empathy during home health visits.
