Qualifications

• Active California professional license to practice PT or PTA.
• Independent contractor status (1099) with Suru.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile outpatient PT/OT services in patients' homes through the Suru network.
• Coordinate scheduling and treatment plans with patients and Suru.
• Participate in Telehealth evaluations when follow-up care is required.
• Accept eligible cases and maintain continuity of care for patients.
