Job summary

Suru-in-Home-Physical-Therapy is expanding its network of clinicians to deliver mobile outpatient physical and occupational therapy in patients' homes across California. Therapists participate as 1099 independent contractors, with schedules aligned to patient availability and care plans.

Clinicians perform home visits with extended treatment episodes and the option for Telehealth evaluations before follow-up care, supporting continuity and flexible scheduling within the Suru network.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California professional license (PT or OT).
• Independent contractor status with proper credentials.
• Ability to manage in-home therapy sessions and coordinate telehealth evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT or OT services in patients' homes via Suru network.
• Coordinate with Suru for referrals, eligibility checks, and telehealth evaluations.
• Accept suitable cases and manage ongoing treatment plans with patients for longer episodes.
