Job summary

St. Charles Health System is seeking a Support Services Coordinator – Home Health for a part-time temporary 90-day position. The role focuses on supervising daily needs of Home Health and Lifeline, with support for Community Care, reporting to the Director of Home Health.

Responsibilities include managing Epic work queues, providing admin support, assisting with hiring, procurement of supplies, and coordinating staff meetings while ensuring compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years office management experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, processes and oversees Epic work queues to ensure timely completion of home health tasks.
• Provides administrative support to Home Health and Lifeline departments and back-up to Hospice and Palliative Care teams.
• Assists caregivers and leadership with Kronos/timecard issues and provides needed support.
• Uses purchasing system to order office supplies and equipment, demonstrating fiscal responsibility.
• Coordinates Home Health medical supply process and acts as a resource for staff on ordering systems.
• Oversees coordination of Home Health Staff and Leadership meetings.
• Assists with hiring process, including scheduling orientation and education.
• Supports budget development and achievement of operational targets.
