Job summary

St. Charles Health System seeks a part-time Support Services Coordinator for Home Health in the Community Care department. The role is a 90-day, part-time temporary position without benefits.

The Coordinator supervises daily needs of Home Health and Lifeline, provides administrative support, and helps with hiring, supplies, and special projects while ensuring compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Required: Two years office management experience. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Preferred: One year home health office management experience.
• Two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily needs of the Home Health and Lifeline departments.
• Provide administrative support to Home Health and Lifeline teams, as well as back-up to Hospice and AIM/Palliative Care teams.
• Assist with Kronos/timecard issues and other team support as needed.
• Order office supplies and equipment; manage department budgets and purchasing.
• Coordinate Home Health medical supply process and serve as a resource to clinical staff.
