Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced operations leader in Virginia Beach. You will oversee local providers, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliant, high-quality community care. Leadership responsibilities include staff performance, office management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes regulatory knowledge, travel to service areas, and use of MS Office tools, with preference for bilingual capabilities and prior home health management experience.

Qualifications

• Required licensed physician or registered nurse, or possess a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home care operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to travel by personal vehicle up to 25% of the time.
• Experience in management is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to facilitate communication.
• Must maintain CPR certification and clinical licensure per state rules.
• MS Office proficiency including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
