Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years directly related management experience.
• Bachelor's of Nursing and RN license.
• Home Health Administrator certification and BLS completion.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day operations of Home Health services and maintain clinical standards.
• Ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance (JCAHO, CMS) and staff readiness.
• Drives service excellence, patient safety, and employee engagement.
• Manages budget and financial stewardship, cost controls, and resource allocation.
• Promotes continuous quality improvement and staff development.
